Currently we have clients with a large number of overdue portfolios, and so CCB has a specialized team for carrying out collections, both through judicial or extrajudicial procedures. In addition, we carry out preventative measures, advising clients on the preparation of legal documents that can be used in the case of a default of payments, with a view to obtaining an effective collection.
