Valeria Naranjo is a senior associate at CCB ABOGADOS with more than 10 years’ experience in administrative and public procurement law.   

Valeria provides advice to clients in all aspects of public procurement such as review of Request for Proposals (RFP), offers, negotiations and entering into administrative contracts. During the execution phase of an administrative contract, she advises on requests for extensions of time, subcontracting, challenges to fines, among others. Valeria also advises clients in relation to special audits brought by the General Comptroller´s Office (Contraloría General del Estado).   

Valeria is also an expert in the management of matters related to non-profit organizations, such as their formation and incorporation, advice and assistance in relation to the granting of legal standing, preparation of bylaws and ongoing legal support in the organization’s development.
